Am I allowed to have more than one account?
HeSays: Sure have several, SheSays: No don't be silly HeSays, We will allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account "must have a separate computer and separate ISP" to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?

How can I cancel my account?
HeSays: You Can't (j/k) SheSays go to the cancel page from your account menu and enter your username and password, then click cancel.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
HeSays: Hey, I thought this was a Paid to Read Email Site, when did we get into the news business SheSays?
SheSays: Your membership in our program allows He-SaysShe-Says.com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from He-SaysShe-Says.com without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

How can I change my personal information?
HeSays: Well, it's best if you enter your information correctly at the first.
SheSays: Well, HeSays, they may have to switch their email address or maybe they moved to a new home...like you are still trying to finish doing...lol
Members, you would need to Log into your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
HeSays: Permissions from certain countries???
SheSays: No Permissions needed here, we will welcome all international members.
Remember HeSays, isn't it a really big hassle to restrict members to your programs, created alot of extra work when cheaters are easily found with all the new cheating software we have.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
HeSays: Umm, ask her.
SheSays: Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.


Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
SheSays: Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.
He Says: ah-hah, but we are giving at least 70% of what we earn from our advertisers to our members.

How much do I earn from PaidOffers/CashBack Section?
SheSays: Each advertiser pays a different amount per purchase/completion.
He Says: We then credit your account within 15 days.

When can I request payment?
HeSays: You may request payment after you have earned the minimum payout. Each membership level has a different payout amount.
SheSays: Right you are 4 Levels.
GoldMembership: No minimum payout (must have 50 cents in personal earnings)
SilverMembership: 3.50$ payout (must have $1 in personal earnings)
BronzeMembership: $6.00 payout (must have $1.50 in personal earnings)
FreeMembership: $8.50 payout (must have $2 in personal earnings)
Note:
Referral bonuses are not considered your personal earnings, rather bonus earnings and do not apply to your cashout unless you have earned your personal earnings amount first.

How can I request payment?
HeSays: Just mail SheSays and tell her to dig into that really big purse of hers.

Members as soon as you reach payout, you will see the redemption option appear in your account area, after submitting your redemption request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. When you qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your account area.
HeSays: I'd highly advise you do not try to redeem for something you have not earned or you will be penalized.

What are points good for?
He Says: Points may be redeemed for cash or advertising.
SheSays: All point redemptions can be found on the redemption page.

When am I paid?
He Says: After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days.
SheSays: We will do our best to not make you wait that long if at all possible and will send your payments to you as fast as we can.

How can I refer other members?
He Says: Take out ads in your local newspapers and TV channels
SheSays: well, I don't know about that one HeSays, Members you may place a link with your referral url to He-SaysShe-Says.com on your website.
You may also add your referral url to your email signature or even can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.
He Says: Ok what SheSays then, and ABSOLUTELY NO SPAMMING WHATSOEVER, THIS SITE WILL NOT TOLERATE IT AT ALL!!!

What is my referral link?
She Says: Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
He Says: 22% plus you will also receive 7 points for your first level referrals directly referred by you as a bonus.
She Says: As members you can earn
10% of their direct referral earnings.
5% of their indirect referral level earnings.
3% of their 3rd level referral earnings.
1% of their 4th level referral earnings.
1% of their 5th level referral earnings.
1% of their 6th level referral earnings.
1% of their 7th level referral earnings.

Are my referral earnings working?
He Says: they had better be, if they are not active they will not be allowed to remain in the program. We want active members only.
She Says: Yes, it takes several paid emails received by members to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent. You also need to be at least 25% as active as your referrals. When crediting uplines accounts that have not clicked on an advertiser in 7 days will not be credited.
